Poker Genius

Chip Reese - One of The Worlds Greatest

Our first post here at Poker Genius is not a happy one. However, we feel as though this is the most important news of the day.

As longtime Chip Reese fans we here at Poker Genius are deeply saddened that such an amazing poker player has passed on. Chip was one of the truly great players that had longevity and was rumored to be one the winningest poker players of all time.

David "Chip" Reese, the three-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner, longtime cash-game star, and member of the Poker Hall of Fame, has died. He was 56.

Reese went to the hospital last night and was then sent home later that night and passed away in his sleep.
